Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment confirmation. You will receive a notification via email or SMS with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. The estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 1 hour.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: QorvaCo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: QorvaCo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping: We currently do/do not offer international shipping. If you're an international customer, please check our shipping availability before placing your order.
Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.
